Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Requirements for Collection of Parking Ticket Payments and Computer Data Processing: The vendor shall collect payments made by telephone or online payments via internet and have all payments posted against the tickets by the end of the shift. Vendor shall have the capability to accept Credit and Debit Cards. The vendor will provide reports to the City on weekly basis showing the details of payments received. All of the vendor’s employees that are involved with the handling of parking ticket payments shall be adequately bonded and evidence of such bond shall be made available to the City of Attleboro. The vendor shall provide hand-held (HH) computers capable of issuing parking violations and taking photographs of said violations. The cost and maintenance of HH will be borne by vendor. In addition to the HH, the vendor shall provide a digital camera. Any damage to said device will be borne by the vendor as it will be utilized by the Vendor Employee. The vendor shall provide the City with an on-line terminal (computer) and a 6 PPM laser printer that will allow access to all parking tickets upon demand and print the history of multiple tickets for a single registration. The vendor shall provide the City with the capability of printing Certified Receipts for the Registry of Motor Vehicles upon receipt of payment for all overdue parking tickets. The vendor shall interface with the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles twice monthly to obtain names and addresses for vehicle registrations that have unpaid tickets. The vendor shall enter all ticket information created each day into the on-line computer database no later than end of shift the next day.
