The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (hereinafter the “Authority”) is soliciting General Building Construction and Filed-Sub Trade Services for the MMC Stair 7 Lobby Renovation project, for the construction of a new 3,058 sf lobby/mezzanine, box office, relocation of loading doors, connection to the existing bldg.; MEPs/FPs upgrades; & Structural improvements. Exterior work includes improvements to the existing façade, new canopy, renovations to existing canopy, new large format digital screen and landscape improvements along State Street with an estimated cost of $17,500,000 located at 1277 Main Street Springfield, MA. In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, sections 44A thru 44J, the Authority is seeking a highly qualified and competent General Bidder and Filed-Sub Trades to provide services to implement the construction, between the Fall of 2024 through Fall of 2026.
