Assist in developing scope for additional grants to provide additional funding opportunities for the initiative. • Maintain school operations throughout construction via phased implementation and weekly communication updates. • Coordinate braided funding strategies to support initiative delivery and long-term sustainability. • Lead the planning and timeline creation for the braided funding and design and construction phases of each aspect of this initiative. • Lead as necessary MCPPO Compliant procurement cycles for designers, vendors, and contractors as necessary to accomplish the initiative objectives. • Collaborate with engineers and vendors during the design phase. • Lead coordination of and communications for the construction phases, including all school staff communications. • Lead commissioning phase and if necessary, facilitate the process of selecting a commissioning agent. • Lead environmental justice protocols in a community with high exposure to industrial pollution and climate risks. • Support a healthier, more equitable learning environment for a high-needs student population.
