Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Worcester (the "City") Department of Economic Development is seekingprofessional services from qualified respondents, to provide outreach services for thepurpose of coordination and facilitation of the goals and objectives identified through astakeholder community planning process for the Main South Revitalization Initiative.The City intends to fund consultant position(s) to provide forty (40) hours of outreachservices per week for fifty-two (52) weeks. The City will fund up to two (2) part-timeconsultant positions that will work together or one (1) full-time consultant position toconvene meetings and ensure progress toward identified goals. Qualified respondentsmay be firms or individuals. The consultant(s) will serve as the Liaison to the Main SouthRevitalization Stakeholders Initiative and will provide guidance and support to thesteering group as well as facilitate all subcommittee meetings.
