Specifications include, but are not limited to: Outdoor Circuit Training System Equipment Installation at the intersection of Chelmsford Street and Wilson Road in Chelmsford, MA.; The Town of Chelmsford is soliciting bids for the installation of outdoor circuit training equipment and associated graphics at the corner of Wilson Road and Chelmsford Street. The Town of Chelmsford has procured and secured the outdoor circuit training equipment and has installed the concrete surface for the equipment. The project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor and equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to complete the Project, consists of and includes assembly of the outdoor fitness equipment elements, body-weight training wall, sports floor, floor paint and art & vinyl decals on the front, back, and sides of the training wall. The fitness equipment elements, body-weight training wall, sports floor, and floor paint has been procured by the Town is currently stored at the DPW at 9 Alpha Road, Chelmsford, MA; All services/workmanship must meet or exceed industry standards. Contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including federal labor laws and wage decisions. Contracted vendor must also adhere to all local permit requirements, if any.; The Contractor shall refer to all drawings and specifications, referred to in Appendix A.; All refuse and equipment shall be removed from the premises.; The contractor shall digitally photograph in sufficient quantity and quality the existing condition of the procured equipment prior to removal from DPW and prior to install. A copy of digital photographs shall be submitted to the town prior to the commencement of demolition activities.; Where necessary, temporary traffic control by the Town of Chelmsford Police Department shall be the responsibility of the contractor. No public way, private access or pedestrian ways shall be obstructed or closed without written permission from the Town of Chelmsford officials having jurisdiction over such facilities.; The contractor shall provide necessary work zone protection, erect orange colored plastic snow fence around the work zone in order to protect public health and safety.; The contractor shall provide, keep and maintain barriers, fences, warning signs and lights and keep adjacent street clear of dirt, rubbish, ice, snow and water for the safe and convenient passage of automobiles, delivery trucks and contractors.; The contractor assents and fully understands that all bids are subject to appropriation. In the event that a contractor is unable to provide full and complete performance in accordance with all provisions of this invitation to bid and with all provisions contained in the contract agreement, said contractor may be disqualified from being awarded future bids.
