Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Judicial Institute (“JI”) through the Office of Court Management (OCM) of the Massachusetts Trial Court, is seeking qualified bidders to provide a comprehensive collection of online employee training/professional development courses that is compatible with the Trial Court's eLearning Center (a Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System) and targeted to Trial Court judges and staff. The online courses must reflect the Trial Court’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and demonstrate a recognition, understanding, and appreciation of differences in culture, identity, and experience. Content must be bias-free and utilize diverse presenters/faculty. The collection of online courses must be interactive, user-friendly, multi-lingual (providing language access to a variety of non-English language speakers), state-of-the-art (current/most recent and relevant), multi-level (ex: beginner, intermediate, advanced), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) conscious, robust and provide a rich learning experience, in plain language and appropriate for all employees, and written by subject matter experts or certified curriculum developers in the following areas: Software, including MS Office 365 (with Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Windows 10 or greater); leadership, supervisory and management; career development; cybersecurity; diversity, equity and inclusion; and various soft skills (ex: communication, teamwork, conflict resolution and conflict de-escalation, etc.).
