The City of Quincy, acting through the Department of Traffic, Parking, Alarm & Lighting (TPAL), is soliciting proposals for Consultant(s) to provide Traffic & Parking Engineering Professional Services on an on-call basis. Through this solicitation and the resulting contract(s), the selected Respondent(s) will provide non-exclusive oncall Traffic & Parking Engineering services as needed by the City of Quincy and its various Departments including but not limited to the following: Public Buildings Public Works Planning and Community Dev. Inspectional Services Police, Fire, EMD Traffic, Parking, Alarming & Lights Health Dept Mayor’s Office Natural Resources Department School Department Council on Aging Municipal Finance Each of these Departments may be involved with the pursuit of Traffic & Parking Engineering Services and the follow up administration and reporting.
