The selected vendor will provide on-call fencing installation, maintenance, and repair services at various City-owned properties, including but not limited to parks, schools, public buildings, and DPW-managed sites. These services will be requested when City staff are unavailable or lack the capacity to complete the work. Work may include, but is not limited to, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for the installation of chain link fences, posts, and gates, in accordance with the specifications provided. Submittals shall include the following; 1. Product data including manufacturer's technical data, specifications, and installation instructions. 2. Shop drawings showing finish, pipe and fabric gauge, footings dimensions, locking mechanism on gates, heights, top and bottom fabric wire condition, dimension of fabric to finish grade.
