• Developing technical narratives, graphical content, illustrative plans, cost estimates, and other supporting materials for grant applications. • Advising the City on funding mechanisms and infrastructure financing schemes to deliver the aforementioned projects, while minimizing the fiscal impact on ratepayers and the City. • Assisting the City with the administration of the grants; and providing assistance, as needed, with managing project financing. • Conceptual design and infrastructure planning. • Record data collection and research. • Survey, site investigation, and property records research. • Geotechnical, geophysical, and environmental investigatory, sampling, and analyses, in conformance with the Massachusetts Contingency Plan, M.G.L. c. 21E, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Compose and submit all regulatory notifications, as required, based on the results of soil and groundwater testing and all remedial activities; • Through an assigned Licensed Site Professional, prepare and effectuate remedial and environmental plans, specifications, regulatory filings, and construction phase services in support of the aforementioned projects...
