Provide all labor, tools, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, staging, trucking, and supervision and all other things necessary for maintenance and repair of the carpentry for any public building or public building system or equipment as directed by the Commissioner of the Department of Public Works, or his designee, ("DPB" or "Commissioner") in accordance with the requirements and needs of the City of Quincy ("City"). A. General Requirements 1) Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, staging, trucking, and supervision as required for work in all buildings in accordance with all specifications for awarded work. 2) Prices submitted on bid forms will be effective for one year from the date of the execution of a contract and can be extended for not more than to two (2) additional one (1) year periods at the City’s option, by written agreement between the City and the successful bidder. The contemplated contract resulting from this Invitation to Bid ("ITB") is an “on-call” repair/replacement/maintenance contract and for limited work, all on a time and materials basis or under a written proposal as determined by the DPB and no specific guarantee as to the total value of the contract is made.
