The City of Lawrence, Massachusetts, through its Office of Planning & Development and in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, is soliciting proposals from qualified “On Call Broker Realtor Services”, real estate firms or individual brokers to provide professional Realtor services for the marketing and sale of municipal surplus properties. who are State certified and/or licensed, for a range of real estate services related to residential, commercial, industrial, and vacant properties. All services shall be performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The selected Broker Realtor Services would be engaged by the Department through an on-call task order contract for a period of two years, with an option for an additional one year at the City’s discretion.
