Provide all labor, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, staging, trucking, and supervision and all other things necessary for the proper and legal removal and disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) discovered in any public building or public building system or equipment as directed by the Commissioner of the Department of Public Works, or his designee, ("DPB" or "Commissioner") in accordance with the requirements of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) and the Department of Labor Standards (DLS), the United Stated Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and the needs of the City of Quincy ("City"). Work may include the handling or disposal of asbestos, asbestos-containing material or asbestoscontaminated waste, asbestos consultation and/or analytical services, including but not limited to asbestos inspection and hazard assessment services, the preparation of asbestos removal planning, and asbestos removal and/or monitoring.
