The work includes storm water pollution prevention plan, site clearing and grubbing of proposed building and roadway sites and installation of drainage structures and systems, drainage pipes, catch basins, sewer structures, sewer connections, water main pipes, water main and fire protection services pipes, hydrants. The work also includes construction of West Main Street street lighting foundations, pull boxes and conduit. The work also includes construction of West Main Street full depth pavement to asphalt binder course and construction Warbler Way pervious pavement roadway surface to filter course with temporary asphalt pavement surface. The work also includes installation of telecommunication conduits and structures along West Main Street and Warbler Way and installation of Eversource conduit and structures along Warbler Way only.
