The system must include automated self-locking capabilities based on a predefined schedule, such as after regular work hours, weekends, and holidays. • A lease term of up to 4 years, with potential options to renew. • Landlord to complete an air quality test prior to execution of a lease agreement. • Earliest availability must be no later than January 5, 2025.
