Food Service to Event Attendees: Provide a variety of food and/or beverage options for purchase, sufficient to serve an estimated 100+ attendees. Vendors will determine their own menus and pricing, subject to applicable state and local health and safety requirements. Compliance with Permitting Requirements: Vendors must maintain a valid Board of Health permit and all other licenses and certifications required for mobile food service operation. Documentation may be requested as part of the selection process. Equipment and Power Needs: Vendors are responsible for supplying all equipment required for service, including power generation if needed. No external power sources or charging stations will be provided on site. Truck Size and Placement: Vendors must provide details of truck size and dimensions to ensure adequate planning for space, traffic flow, and safety at the event site. Final placement will be determined by OSD/OVM event staff. Sales Period: Vendors should indicate their preferred timeframe for open sales activity. OSD will coordinate schedules to align with event programming. Health and Safety: Vendors must comply with all relevant public health guidelines and food safety standards during preparation, service, and cleanup. Self-Sufficiency: Vendors are responsible for their own staffing, equipment, and operations. OSD will not provide staff or resources to support vendor activities beyond logistical coordination.
