The City of Lawrence Office of Planning and Development is seeking proposals from qualified firms, agencies, or individuals to provide outreach services in support of the City's EPA grant. The goal is to engage neighbors and all interested parties and raise awareness about upcoming EPA assessments, potential clean ups of previously identified properties and related reuse proposals for public land. The selected contractor will be expected to provide the following services: Develop and implement an outreach strategy tailored to targeted audiences; Create culturally appropriate outreach materials (flyers, social media content, etc.); Coordinate and facilitate outreach events; Engage with community partners, local leaders, and stakeholders; Provide regular progress reports
