OSD is seeking DR print and mail services to ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster. The successful bidder must propose a disaster recovery / business continuity plan that clearly outlines service levels which meet the following requirements. a. Mandatory Requirements: Bidders shall include a sample disaster recovery / business continuity plan as part of their bid submission which demonstrates their ability to provide print and mail services following the declaration of a disaster event. Such sample disaster recovery/business continuity plans shall also be summarized on the form of the Statement of Work, section 5 (“Fixed Price and Time and Materials Tasks and Deliverables), in accordance with Section 3.2.6 hereof. Upon execution of a contract with the Commonwealth, successful bidder shall prepare and deliver a custom disaster recovery plan, in collaboration with OSD using the form provided in the Statement of Work template (Attachment A), subject to any modification agreed upon by the Commonwealth during the bid evaluation process.
