Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Chelmsford, acting through its Town Manager, is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified golf course managersto manage, operate and maintain the Chelmsford Country Club as a first class public golf course which will benefit the residents of Chelmsford, golfers and neighbors to the facility without expense to the Town of Chelmsford. The services to be provided include management, maintenance, operation,and improvement of the golf course as a public course in accordance with a formal management agreement. The successful proposer shall continuously operate Chelmsford Country Club golf course as a nine (9) hole golf course available for use by the general public on a nondiscriminatory basis with sufficient personnel to maintain the grounds, collect fees, rent carts, schedule tee times and insure a continuous flow of play for the period from January 1, 2021through December 31, 2023, withtwo 1 year options for renewal.
