The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools and related services required for the performance of the contract. The Contractor shall complete the entire work to the satisfaction of the Town. The Town will remove the existing wooden fence sections. The Town seeks quotes for approximately 450 feet in length of coated black metal chain link fence strung between the existing granite posts. 1. Plumb, straighten and adjust spacing of granite posts as needed, (approx. 50 posts). Replacement of up to 5 posts as needed. 2. Prepare posts a. Saw cut top of each post to create flat top b. Drill granite posts and epoxy hitching rings on either side 3. Install fence a. Cut chain to fit inside grant posts and attach to hitching rings The Contractor shall not disturb any gravestone or burial marker during the work. The Contractor shall be responsible for disposing of all waste materials, by hauling materials away or the use of a delivered waste material container. The Contractor’s project manager will meet with Town staff as often as required for the purpose of reviewing progress and providing necessary guidance.
