Specifications include, but are not limited to: ITD is requesting a comprehensive current-state technical and financial assessment of ITDs Network Services and Security Services (together the Network and Security Services). The current-state assessment should provide a business truth of where ITD is today and provide a sound business plan strategy that effectively and efficiently moves ITD from the current-state to the future-state service. ITD is interested in an overall assessment that covers A) current-state technology, financial, operational processes and people, B) current-state costs of technology and operating expenses, C) a detailed roadmap with actionable deliverables to assist ITD in obtaining the desired future-state, and D) recommendations for reducing costs and improving efficiencies. The core focus of this effort is on service improvement, increasing efficiencies, and reducing overall service cost to our customers.
