The Contractor will furnish all necessary supervision, labor and materials, tools and permits necessary to perform any requested plumbing services at all Building locations listed under section titled “Job Sites”. This bid/contract will cover all minor plumbing work, both routine service calls as well as emergency service. Services required of the Contractor under this Bid/Contract are any and all typical plumbing work that may be performed in any office setting, commercial, or industrial building. This includes repair of existing plumbing components as well as new installation. Work under this bid/contract is all unforeseen and as such there is no known schedule or quantity of work. Typical work items may be, but not limited to, the repair, replacement, or installation of: 1. Toilets, sinks, showers, sump pumps, garbage disposals, and miscellaneous fixtures. 2. Faucets, valves, gaskets, washers, etc. 3. New pipes and/or existing pipes (copper, PEX, PVC, etc.). 4. Leaking pipes, clogged pipes, low pressure issues including potable and hot water systems 5. Any other plumbing work as requested. In all cases where any manufacturer’s recommended schedules for maintenance and/or parts replacement are greater than those specified in this Bid/Contract, said manufacturer’s specifications will supersede any service specifications included in this contract. If this is found to be true for any equipment, the Contractor will first notify the Building Contact Person of this recommendation, and the Building Contact Person will, in writing, either instruct the Contractor to proceed or not proceed with said manufacturer’s higher service standards.
