Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction of a new transfer pump station including the installation of pumps and VFD’s procured under a separate contract, the construction of a PFAS treatment building including the installation of GAC pressure vessel systems procured under a separate contract; and installing GAC filter media provided by the Town. The work also includes furnishing and installing HVAC equipment, a sprinkler system, electrical and instrumentation equipment and programming, and site improvements. The time for completion of this Contract is 415 calendar days. An interim milestone date for when the PFAS treatment system including transfer pumps is installed, tested, and approved for use by the Owner is December 23, 2022.
