Specifications include, but are not limited to: Chelsea Public Schools is seeking one or more (CPS reserves the right to select multiple proposals if it is in the best interest of the District) vendors to provide mental health services for students. Three distinct services are requested and bidders can submit proposals for one or more service area. Requested services include: a) Telehealth Services - direct care to middle and high school students via telehealth, including rapid access to mental health assessments, evidence‐based therapy, medication evaluation, and care coordination with licensed clinicians for students in fifth grade and higher (current enrollment in the District’s three middle schools, comprehensive high school, alternative high school, and virtual school can be found in the table below; b) On-site Clinician - provision of one on-site full time clinician to work within Chelsea Public Schools to provide the same array of services in person with younger aged students (ages 9 and below); and/or c) Therapeutic Afterschool Services – shall include academic tutoring, individual counseling, art and play therapy, and group therapy for approximately 40 middle school students.
