The Contractor shall furnish for the Contract Sum complete inspection, preventative maintenance, incidental servicing, emergency service, parts, materials, equipment and all ancillary roofing material for roofing systems as specified herein installed at both the Menino Convention & Exhibition Center (“MCEC”) 415 Summer Street Boston Ma. 02210 and the John B. Hynes Convention Center, (“Hynes Convention Center”) 900 Boylston Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02115. The extent of such inspection, maintenance, repair services and parts shall include the requisite qualified labor, supervision, transportation means (where and when required); establishment and maintenance of records; all parts, tools, equipment and exterior cleaning.
