Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project management of multidisciplinary planning project(s) • Modeling of transportation systems Simulating road user demand for refueling services Modeling approaches to inform refueling network design Conducting origin-destination and other types of network analysis • GIS: management and representation of geospatial data, geospatial analysis • Public engagement Meeting organization, including virtual engagement Developing and utilizing tools for gathering input, including: • Panel survey design and implementation • Events to gather on-site feedback • Web-based portal Graphic design: Creating visually appealing deliverables and presentations Creation of materials and opportunities for public input that are accessible to all members of the public and are multilingual • Public-private partnership (P3) arrangements/approaches Experience with State DOT P3s and P3s involving EV charging preferred • Designing, constructing, and operating electric vehicle charging technology, especially direct current fast charging (DCFC) infrastructure Design, construction, and operation of medium- and high-voltage systems • Relevant legislation and regulations at both the federal and state level as they relate to funding of DCFC equipment and services.
