EOTSS seeks best-value, fully managed solutions with continuous innovation and proactive best-practice recommendations. The awarded bidder must provide 24x7x365 monitoring, repair, and support, including assistance with network and security troubleshooting. The preferred financial model is fixed monthly pricing per service location, with no one-time installation, onboarding, or equipment fees. Part 1: Analog Replacement Services Analog replacement circuits convert traditional analog signals—used by legacy POTS equipment—into digital formats suitable for modern IP networks. These replacements ensure continuity as telecom providers retire traditional copper lines. Supported use cases include: Life-safety systems, such as fire alarm panels, emergency elevator phones, and security systems Fax machines and modems, ensuring reliable operation over VoIP
