EOTSS seeks best-value, fully managed solutions with continuous innovation and proactive best-practice recommendations. The awarded bidder must provide 24x7x365 monitoring, repair, and support, including assistance with network and security troubleshooting. The preferred financial model is fixed monthly pricing per service location, with no one-time installation, onboarding, or equipment fees.
