This RFP solicits proposals from qualified IT support firms to support the Town of Rochester’s public works, public safety, and town hall information technology environment, network, and computer systems. Public Safety includes the Town’s Police & Fire/EMS. Town Hall also comprises the Rochester Annex Building, COA, Library, and the Town Highway Barn on 200 Ryder Rd. The duration of the contract resulting from this RFP will be three years, and all specifications and proposed pricing should reflect this period. Services must include providing tier 2 and 3 helpdesk support, application support and development, ongoing maintenance of the current environment, network design, recommendations for enhancing existing systems, collocation and cloud support, assessment, and assistance in implementing upgrades/changes to the current systems, and regular and emergency maintenance and support for approximately 75 users.
