BHA invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide Managed IT Services under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B. The selected contractor will provide comprehensive IT support and management, including: • Help desk support • Network and infrastructure maintenance • Microsoft 365 Business Premium administration • Security management • Improvement projects Staffing and Offices: • Total staff: 55 • Main office (90 Longwood Ave): 25 administrative/executive staff • Eight satellite offices: 1–8 staff per location • Maintenance staff: mobile users (Smart Phones) Current IT Environment: • Laptops for administrative/executive staff • Primarily cloud-based via SharePoint • Local network printers maintained on the server • Planned projects: moving network printers off server and decommissioning server - migration to cloud print/scan, modem upgrades at select satellite offices • Software: PHA-Web (web-based public housing management system) • Internet service: Comcast Business (state contract) • BHA is a tax-exempt agency
