The Work consists of renovating an existing Rest Room area into two new Rest Rooms with a small kitchenette which shares a wall with the rest rooms and renovating an existing storage area into an Evidence Room, along with upgrades to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment in these rooms of the Police Station. a. The work includes general demolition of the existing spaces. b. The work includes, but is not limited to, the demolition or removals mechanical, plumbing and electrical equipment. c. The work includes the removal and modifications of mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems as required to support and integrate with renovations construction. d. The work includes patching and refinishing of existing spaces where removals and new work will be located. e. The work includes new finishes including but not limited to wall, floor and ceiling coverings along with general construction of all items outlined on the construction drawings. f. The work includes providing new mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment in these renovated areas. g. Coordination and support with all parties involved in the construction phases
