The contractor will facilitate monthly coach bus trips in the New England region (Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.) Additional options could include New York City and Pennsylvania and up to one overnight trip for the Town of Reading for the calendar year of 2026. All trips will originate and conclude within Reading MA. 01867 DELIVERABLES: 1. Planning and implementation of monthly coach bus day trips for April – December with Itinerary (9 bus trips for 1 day each). 2. Planning and implementation of one (1) overnight trip (two days, one night) per year in the New England region with itinerary. 3. The proposal should include estimated trip dates and times, bus capacity, prices in total and per person (based on capacity of one bus) for each trip. Bid total price should include all estimated trips based on capacity.
