Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide a system that delivers both front-end and back-end solutions as a combined or connected solution, either as a single proposing company or in partnership. A front-end solution will manage customer information, trip reservations, real-time dispatch, APIs, integration with other systems, reporting, etc. A back-end solution that will be responsible for trip scheduling, dynamic routing utilizing real-time traffic information, optimizing between several modes of transportation (conventional paratransit, fixed-route transit, TNCs, taxis, etc.). These “systems” may initially be a single combined system from a single proposer or connected systems from two or more entities with a joint proposal.
