Specifications include, but are not limited to: Marketing Services Includes Marketing Advertising Public Relations ● Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan as it relates to Yarmouth's travel and tourism industry. Plan shall identify and include marketing strategies which may include some or all of the following: traditional (i.e. print/radio/television) and online marketing (i.e. internet, website, social media, blogging, or other time-relevant technology) as well as participate in relevant Trade Shows. Goals for the marketing plan are to generate visitor traffic, especially in the shoulder seasons, and to enhance the community's brand image on and off Cape. Marketing plan shall identify target audience(s) and rationale for targeting. Selected vendor shall collaborate with the Town in survey efforts to gauge impact of marketing strategies on local economy. ● Collaborate with Town on marketing plans for Town-owned venues including, but not limited to, golf courses, event space, athletic fields, recreational facilities, beaches, and trails. ● Develop and maintain video and photograph libraries suitable for print, online and mobile marketing. Video and Photograph libraries shall be easily accessed by the Town. ● Maintain familiarity with market research and media data coverage, specifically in the local and regional travel and tourism marketplace. ● Coordinate with businesses and residents in the Town of Yarmouth to capture joint marketing and promotional opportunities that may benefit individual businesses and residents, as well as the community. ● Serve as a social media resource for TRPF-funded special events. ● Enhance the Town's brand awareness through the purchase of promotional items for giveaway. ● Audit and report on all aspects of accepted marketing plan. ● Develop and maintain targeted media lists (local, trade, etc.). ● Provide graphic design and content development for digital, print, and additional materials as requested by the Town.
