Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide services for the Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Security Surveillance and Access Control Systems in various locations as stated below. 3.1 VIDEO MONITORING SYSTEM 3.1.1 Service cameras on the Video Monitoring System on an on-call, as needed, basis at the following locations: Boston City Hall Faneuil Hall Public Works located at 400 Frontage Rd. 1010 Massachusetts Avenue 43 Hawkins Street 20 City Hall Avenue (Kirstein Library Building) 26 Court Street 3.1.2 The Security Surveillance System is currently comprised of approximately 317 cameras, one Video Monitoring System (VMS) and 1 Access Control System. See specifications outlined below and camera inventory Attachment A. 3.1.3 The City may require that cameras on the system be added or upgraded over theterms of this contract. For bidding purposes, the City is requesting pricing for the replacement of an anticipated thirty (30) cameras to be added or upgraded in each contract year. 3.1.4 Video Monitoring System: We are currently running Genetec Security Center and Security Desk version 5.9.2.0 (380.68), with: 207 camera licenses on the system One (1) failover directory Twenty-five (25) Client Connections Two (2) Federated Licenses This system consists of two (2) directory servers and six (6) archiving servers.
