Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is posted by the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) for the procurement of a vendor to provide Graphic Design services for a to-be-announced outdoor recreation program for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The selected vendor will develop a logo for this program prior to its announcement. This program encompasses various outdoor activities: camping, fishing, boating, hiking, biking, skiing, etc. The desired logo will include outdoor recreation and nature elements. Examples of previously used logos can be provided for reference upon request. The newly designed logo may appear in online publications, newspaper/magazine/newsletter publications, brochures, signage, and more. Per the PRF70 statewide contract through which this RFQ will be awarded, all marketing materials, including the logo itself, will belong to the EEA upon receipt of the final product. Meetings for clarifying and reviewing work to take place as needed throughout process.
