The Millbury Housing Authority, in partnership with the Town of Millbury, invites sealed Bids for the Linden Apartments Site Improvement Project. The project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the replacement of the approximately 380 feet of existing water services, 200 feet of underground roof drains, 60 feet of storm drain pipes, 300 feet of sewer pipes as well as two catch basins and three sewer manholes within the housing authority property. Surface improvements include replacement of hot mix asphalt sidewalks, parking lot and driveways. Finally, new compliant signage and pavement markings will be installed across the project site. Also included is all work associated with the repair of areas impacted by the work under this Contract, minor modification to buildings, and traffic, both pedestrian and vehicular, control measures. This project is being administered by the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) and funded by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC), FY2024 Millbury Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
