Specifications include, but are not limited to: Hourly labor rate for a licensed Electrician with one helper to provide electrical related maintenance and repair services to all Winthrop Town Buildings from September 1, 2023 to June30, 2024. Regular Maintenance and non-emergency repairs will be scheduled and repaired within 2weeks of the service request. All emergency requests will require service within 24 hours. Town will supply all materials and necessary police details for the repair & maintenance work. This labor rate must include all tools and equipment required to make the repairs. Electrical contractor services will include both interior and exterior work on all our Town and School Buildings including: Town Hall, Library, Police Station, Fires Stations (2). EB Newton Cultural Center, Old Middle School / High School (i.e. parks and rec), Senior Center, DPW, Ferry Building, Fort Banks Middle Elementary School, AT Cummings Middle School, Winthrop Middle School / High School and the Miller Field House. Electrical services may include: Change Lights, change ballasts, outlet and switch repair or replacement, wiring and finish for new devices, electric panel service, exterior lighting, general troubleshooting and repairs.
