● Leased space must be available for a one (1) year period, beginning August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026, and may be extended for up to two (2) additional years, through July 31, 2028. ● Up to 6 classrooms available for the lease term and options period. ● Each available classroom must have a minimum of 280 square feet of available space (or 35 square feet per child), which is dedicated to NCE Early Childcare use. A large space may be partitioned into smaller spaces to meet the square feet requirement. ● Access to a sink with running water. ● Provide one office space (for nurse and/or Director). ● Provide storage space of at least 200 square feet. ● Provide a source of running water for cleaning purposes in the classrooms. ● Provide at least one girls and boys toilet for classroom use. ● Provide one telephone line into the leased space. ● Provide internet access into the leased space. ● Provide electrical plug to accommodate a refrigerator. ● Allow security system to be installed in leased space, if not already in place. ● Be handicapped accessible, with at least one handicapped accessible bathroom. ● Include a safe and adequate drop-off/pick-up location for parents/guardians. ● Include three (3) parking spaces per classroom. ● Be located within Needham. ● Be appropriately permitted for the intended use as classroom space. ● Provide heat and lighting appropriate for classroom use
