It is anticipated that the total area leased will be approximately 15,000-20,000 square feet. Programmatic Requirements. ● The proposed space must be located within the City of Beverly. Within 1.5sq. miles of the existing City Hall is preferred for the most public interfacing offices. ● The proposed space must have or be modified to have 24 x 7 access. ● A computer network closet shall be cooled ideally separately controlled from the central air conditioning system and lockable. ● Lessee will be responsible for providing daily cleaning and trash removal of the private office space provided. ● All areas designated to be occupied by personnel must be provided with fresh air ventilation. ● All wall surfaces shall be freshly painted prior to occupancy. ● Elevator services must be available if leased space consists of more than one floor. ● The building must be handicapped accessible in accordance with the requirements of the American Disabilities Act. ● Must have easy access by car, public transportation or walking. ● Lessor will be responsible for confirming there are 20-25 parking spaces available to the Lessee either on the site of the proposed space or publicly available during city hall hours of operations.
