The Town of East Longmeadow seeks to lease temporary office space in East Longmeadow to accommodate the School Superintendent’s Office and Municipal Offices during the remainder of the East Longmeadow High School construction project. The Town requires approximately 3,000 square feet of accessible office space, with six or more separate offices in addition to space for clerical and filing cabinets. Office space should have dedicated parking for up to twelve employees, at least three additional visitor spaces, and at least one handicap parking space. Office furniture shall be provided for the duration of the lease (office desk and chair for each employee), and appropriate lighting is required. Location must be in the town of East Longmeadow and must be accessible to the public. The lease term is anticipated to run Mid-April 2026 through the End of August 2026
