Specifications include, but are not limited to: lease of single family home: Utilities: Lessor shall pay, as they come due, all bills for electricity, water, garbage, and other utilities for the Leased Premises.; Care of Premises: Lessee shall not paint, decorate, change, or make any other additions, renovations, alterations, in or to the Leased Premises without the prior written consent of Lessor, nor allow any waste, strip, or allow heat or water to be wasted, and at the end of said Lease shall deliver up the Leased Premises to the Lessor in good, clean and tenantable order and condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted.; Cleanliness and Repair: Lessee shall maintain the Leased Premises in clean condition. The Lessee hereby covenants that during said term he will keep said premises in good order, free from all refuse, and will keep the sidewalks thereof free from snow, ice, and all obstructions, and will promptly remove all ashes, garbage, and refuse of any kind from said premises during said term.
