The premises sought through this RFP will house Office, Lab, Garage and Pesticide Storage space. The Project is under the authority of the State Reclamation and Mosquito Control Board (SRB) and serves 20 towns in Bristol County. The Bristol County Mosquito Control Project conducts year-round Integrated Pest Management, larval and adult mosquito control strategies to protect the public from disease-carrying and nuisance mosquitoes. This location receives 4-5 visitors per week; however, the monthly Commissioners’ meeting is open to the public. Summary of Space Needs: Location: Attleboro or Taunton. Please note that proposals for Premises outside this search area will not be considered. Amount of Space: Approximately 10,400 square feet of Usable Area, but DCAMM would consider space of 9,000 to 12,000.
