Item No. 1: LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE - Lawn areas shall be mowed every seven days at a height of 2 to 2 1/2 inches during the growing season. The estimated number of cuts May through October will be 27. Payments will be based on the actual number of cuts invoiced. *Contractor needs to be aware, and care shall be taken when String trimming various lawn areas in and around all employee parked vehicles. Any damage to a LWSC employee vehicle will be at the Contractor's expense. Contractor is to perform duties after 4 p.m., when parking lot is empty of vehicles. Item No. 2: REMOVAL OF TRASH PRIOR TO MOWING - All trash must be cleaned and removed prior to mowing lawns and damns. Item No. 3: SPRING-CLEAN UP - Spring-cleaning shall be done by April 15th unless otherwise directed.
