Below is a detailed summary of the anticipated tasks and services required to complete the statement of qualifications and should be viewed as the basic project framework. Consultants are strongly encouraged to expand on these tasks where applicable in order to include any additional services that they would consider to be an essential element of a successful Project. GENERAL: This contract will provide miscellaneous surveying services to the Town on an indefinite quantity basis for a period of two (2) years from the date of execution. Indefinite quantity services will be provided by individual Purchase Orders. Purchase Orders will include a detailed scope of services; the services that may be required include, but are not necessarily limited to: 1. Subdivision Plans suitable for recording, 2. Approval Not Required Plans suitable for recording, 3. Street Acceptance/Layout Plans suitable for recording, 4. Utility Easement Plans suitable for recording, 5. Conservation Restriction Plans suitable for recording, 6. Existing Conditions Plans, 7. Preparation of metes and bounds descriptions associated with prepared plans, 8. Setting of property lines/easement boundary’s (this may include installation of monumentation), 9. Attendance at meetings, 10. Fieldwork may be required during winter conditions.
