Specifications include, but are not limited to: ●Clean and maintain the structure and the areas surrounding it during operating hours, including trash pick-up in those areas.●Provide all custodial services and supplies and equipment necessary to maintain the property in a clean, sanitary, safe, and attractive condition.●Maintain bathroom facilities at the site. ●Routine plumbing issues.●Change interior light bulbs.●Repair and maintain all appliances related to programs including grease traps and vent hoods.●Interior locks.●Provide and maintain a working phone line on site for public inquiries and emergency situations.●Trash removal.●Removal of graffiti within the Premises.●Snow removal not performed by Landlord.●Pay for all utility costs and ensure that all payments are up-to-date.
