Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bridgewater State University (BSU) is seeking proposals from vendors who customarily manage traditional and digital media in an integrated marketing service. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a qualified company that can offer the highest level of strategic media consultation and ongoing account management. BSU is requesting proposals from vendors to strategize, advise, create, implement, buy, and measure enrollment-oriented ad placements across traditional and digital channels. The bidder is expected to demonstrate an understanding of higher education and the buying cycle, excel in the development of a strategic and targeted media campaign to achieve institutional marketing goals, and cost-effectively implement, measure, and optimize the media spend to maximize campaign results. The ideal partner will offer recommendations based on experience and perform analytics of each campaign.
