Deliverable #1 – Install Three (3) Concrete Platforms The Contractor will provide all labor and materials necessary to form three (3) concrete platforms along the rail trail at the designated locations. The concrete platforms must have a finished dimension of twelve feet (12’) long, by four feet (4’) wide, and six inches (6”) deep (12’x4’x6”). Work includes: Excavation Gravel Base Wire reinforcement within concrete Each of the three (3) concrete platforms will support: One (1) eight (8) foot Bench (to be provided by the Town) Reference Appendix E_Amenity Specifications for the design and dimensions of the bench and concrete pad. Deliverable #2 – Install Thirteen (13) Concrete Pre-Fab Footings and Install Thirteen (13) Signs The Bidder will provide all labor and materials necessary to install thirteen (13) pre-fabricated concrete footings and mount thirteen (13) signs. Locations are noted in Appendix D, and are subject to change. Concrete pads are twenty-four inches by fifty-four inches and twelve inches deep (24”x54”x12”), Bidder must provide a compacted subgrade and compacted gravel base, per manufacturer specifications as provided in Appendix E. Signs are on order and Bidders should expect a delivery time between August 1st, and September 2nd , 2025. Should this delivery timeline change, the Town will notify the Bidder and make any necessary contract amendments. Deliverable #3 – Install Ten (10) Concrete Footings and Install Ten (10) Poles The Bidder will provide all labor and materials necessary to form ten (10) concrete footings and mount ten (10) aluminum poles. Concrete footings must be eighteen inches by eighteen inches and twelve inches deep (18”x18”x12”), include a gravel base, and be reinforced with rebar. Poles are to be located directly behind ten of the signs located in Appendix D. All locations are subject to change. Bidders are required to ensure that the polls are centered to the signs. Polls are on order and Bidders should expect a delivery time between August 1st, and September 2nd , 2025. Should this delivery timeline change, the Town will notify the Bidder and make any necessary contract amendments.
