Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Under the contract, Gambyt will provide IT services, as specified by the MSLC pursuant to project-specific Statements of Work, to modernize the MSLC’s systems and operations. Additionally, under the contract, Gambyt will provide, on a fixed basis, maintenance and/or support services for platforms, applications, and operations located on the MSLC’s Infrastructure as a Service (“IaaS”) Cloud Services procured from Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) pursuant to the Master Services Agreement RFR 16-21. The applicable platforms, applications, and/or operations may include but not be limited to the following: • The Massachusetts Lottery website and mobile app, including content management system services as needed • Keno to Go feature • The Remote Ticket Cashing feature • All financial back-office applications and functionality developed and deployed by Gambyt • Promotional functionality developed and deployed in support of MSLC marketing • Application(s) in support of instant ticket second chance promotions
