The selected firm (hereafter, the "Auditor") shall perform all work necessary to conduct annual independent audits of the NHA's financial statements and related activities for Fiscal Years 2025, 2026, and 2027, and any option years exercised by NHA. Preservation of Seabeds Project Needham Housing Authority is converting 46 units of federal public housing to the Section 8 program via RAD/Section 18 Blend Construction.
