Specifications include, but are not limited to: A three year contract agreement for landscaping services: spring cleanup, fertilizing program, spring dethatching, spring aerating, mowing and trimming, garden service, fall clean up, trimming. • Spring Clean-up - Removal of all leaves and debris from lawn and beds - Weeding of all beds and removal of dead growth - Re-edging of all flower beds - Pruning of shrubs and hydrangeas - Cutting back of ornamental grasses - Removal and storage of deer fencing - Fertilizing of all beds with Holly-Tone, Rose-Tone, Plant-Tone and 10-10-10 - Mulching of beds with Premium Mulch to a depth of 2” – 3” to a total of 5 cubic yards of mulch • 6-Step Fertilizing Program - 1st application is Pre-emergent to prevent weeds growth - 2nd application is Weed and Feed - 3rd application is Summer application with grub control - 4th application is Regular Feeding - 5th application is Fall application of Winterizer - 6th application is Ph control and liming of lawn • Spring Dethatching • Spring Aerating • Mowing and Trimming (to be done on Mondays) - As needed to keep lawn height between 3 – 3 ½”. Trimming on the same schedule • Garden Maintenance: garden maintenance to be performed every 3 weeks - Weeding of beds - Pruning and feeding of plants - Pruning and training of roses - Spraying with deer control solution - Removal of any debris - Mulch maintenance • Fall Clean-Up - Raking leaves from lawns and beds - Pruning of dead growth and winterizing plants - Cultivating of beds - Weeding of beds
