Work includes without limitation: general concrete and asphaltic paving of LHA property only, including parking lots and pedestrian walkways, curbs and gutters, fencing, retaining walls and railing repairs, pavement sealcoat and striping, landscape and hardscape, preformed and form/poured masonry and constructed stairs, egress, entrance and pathway steps, accessible ramps and walkways, embankment and reinforcement, managing roof- and site-water runoff, stormwater combined sewer overflow (CSO), water and sewer connections and mains, catch basins, burying utility lines/removal of power poles, electrification and geothermal related projects, site work including Massachusetts Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) that may be jurisdictional under the Lowell Regional Wastewater Utility. Potential exists for one site that may require a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (per ASTM E1527-21) by a licensed environmental professional for UST’s and potentially a follow-on Phase II ESA investigation and remediation design/direction/administration and remaining follow-on design, administration and regulatory work to prepare the site.
